Ruched cups, adjustable straps, and a tie-front keyhole create the cami-like bodice of this midi dress. It features a smocked back panel and a waist tie to create a nipped-in shape.

Love the design and material, but I don’t think it fits well for small chested women. The chest part definitely juts out by itself, and as someone with a small chest (34A)that doesn’t fill out the fabric in that area, it looks awkward and the fabric definitely sags in a little. I might wear a strapless bra to give it more structure, but just be aware.
