WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WeWoreWhat offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.

WeWoreWhat accepts International returns. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please send items directly to Attn: WWW RETURNS 773 Cranbury South River Road, Suite 100 Monroe Township, NJ 08831

Please ensure any items that you are returning are unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Shop WeWoreWhat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are returning and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at any FedEx location or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse via FedEx Ground which is located in New Jersey.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse located in New Jersey. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To initiate an exchange, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are exchanging and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.

Please note if you exchange for an item priced higher, you will be prompted to complete payment on the difference. 

WeWoreWhat does not offer exchanges on International orders.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Ground orders that are in stock are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days unless specified otherwise. Note: if you placed an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make address updates, style, or size changes.

I WAS ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT NOW I SEE IT WAS CANCELED - WHY?

Due to high order volume, it is possible that over-sells can occur on certain products especially during launch or on sale items. If this happens, our warehouse will inform customer service that we are unable to ship a product that has been ordered and we will cancel and refund your order. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We've partnered with FedEx Cross Border to fulfill all international orders.

WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in the WeWoreWhat product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If a style you're interested in is out of stock, please reach out to hello@shopweworewhat.com to find out if we are restocking.

WHAT IS SHOP PAY?

Shop Pay is a wallet that helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved email, payment and shipping details. The following info is saved and securely encrypted for your future purchases:

  • shipping address
  • billing address
  • credit card details
  • mobile phone number

You can save up to five shipping addresses and up to five credit cards with Shop Pay. Your mobile phone number is used for SMS verification of your account. Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay installments.

IS SHOP PAY AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

As of right now, Shop Pay is only available for customers in the U.S.

HOW DO I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.

IS THERE A FEE WHEN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest. You can pay your balance off early without penalty. There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay installments in the future.

WILL THIS AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?

Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.

WHAT IS THE WEWOREWHAT REWARDS VISA CARD?

The WeWoreWhat Rewards Card is a bank linked, pay-as-you-go card that rewards consumers for spending without any fees, interest charges, or credit pulls. Customers receive 10% in rewards on any purchase made on weworewhat.com, 5% on any purchase made at a WeWoreWhat Rewards Partner and 1% on all other transactions made on the card.

HOW DOES THE WEWOREWHAT REWARDS VISA CARD WORK?

The WeWoreWhat Card works as any other Visa-issued card and allows members to use it everywhere Visa is accepted. When you make a transaction, money will be transferred directly from your linked bank account for the purchase amount. Your rewards will be saved up as you spend with your WeWoreWhat Card until you choose to redeem them on your next purchase at weworewhat.com or at a Rewards Partner.

WHY DO I NEED TO LINK MY BANK ACCOUNT? IS IT SAFE? 

Just like Venmo or CashApp, Imprint uses Plaid to safely connect with your bank account. Plaid works around the clock to build and maintain secure connections to more than 12,000 US financial institutions. Over 5,500 apps and services are powered by Plaid today.
