WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WeWoreWhat offers returns on all full price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note there is a restocking fee of $10 that will be deducted from your refund.

WeWoreWhat accepts international returns. Orders shipped internationally aren't eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Original shipping fees and duties/taxes are nonrefundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. WeWoreWhat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Store purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store.

Purchases during Black Friday using code BFCM40 will be eligible for exchange for store credit only. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are returning and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.

Once your return is prepared, you can drop it off at any FedEx location or leave it with your mailman/doorman. All returns are shipped back to our warehouse located in Pennsylvania.

For international returns, all fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please send items directly to the address below:

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse located in Pennsylvania. Once your return is delivered, please allow 7 business days for us to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

To initiate an exchange, please click here. You will be able to specify which item(s) you are exchanging and will be able to print a FedEx Ground return label.

Please note if you exchange for an item priced higher, you will be prompted to complete payment on the difference. 

WeWoreWhat does not offer exchanges on International orders.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS? 

Ground orders that are in stock can take up to 1 week to be processed - this does not include transit time. Note: if you placed an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

WeWoreWhat offers Next Day shipping with a shipping charge of $30 and 2-Day expedited shipping with a shipping charge of $15 on domestic orders.   

Expedited orders must be placed by 2 PM EST to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will ship the following business day.

Please note we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes for expedited shipping orders.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make address updates, style, or size changes.

I WAS ABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT NOW I SEE IT WAS CANCELED - WHY?

Due to high order volume, it is possible that over-sells can occur on certain products especially during launch or on sale items. If this happens, our warehouse will inform customer service that we are unable to ship a product that has been ordered and we will cancel and refund your order. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, WeWoreWhat partners with Boxzooka, a global landed cost e-commerce logistics provider, to offer international shopping. 

About Boxzooka

Boxzooka provides all of our prices to be displayed in your local currency and displays your final total during Checkout inclusive of duties and taxes. Boxzooka also provides you with the advantage of a fast and economical international shipping network. 

When you place an international order, your transaction will be with Boxzooka, but WeWoreWhat will still be your contact for all your customer service needs.

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin, or manufacturing, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that Boxzooka supports. In most cases, you will be required to pay these charges during checkout. 

When the charges are paid at Checkout, the order total (merchandise landed cost) is guaranteed by Boxzooka and you agree to the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) Import Terms and Conditions below.  

Boxzooka guarantees you will not be required to pay any additional Duty or Tax fees at the time of order delivery and you will receive your order much faster than if you did not prepay the duties and taxes.

All duties and taxes are non-refundable. 

Payment Methods

Currently, Boxzooka supports Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, JCB®, Alipay®, PayPal®, PayPal Express® and more with additional payment options always being added. Payment methods vary by destination; you'll see all your options during checkout.

You'll see "BXZ -WeWoreWhat" on your credit card statement.

Shipping Options & Charges

International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by Boxzooka based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination. 

International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We can't ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time. 

Shipping Timeline

Once your transaction is complete, Boxzooka will fulfill the order within one business day for export from United States.  Boxzooka then ships your order to its final international destination. 

Most in-stock items will arrive in 2-3 business days for Express delivery and 3-10 business days Standard Expedited for delivery, if this service is offered to your destination. You'll see shipping options when available, specific to your destination, in the International Checkout when completing your purchase. 

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. 

Please note we do not ship on weekends or US holidays. 
You will receive an order confirmation email from us after an order is placed.

And once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking to your international address.

WHEN WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?

Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in the WeWoreWhat product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If a style you're interested in is out of stock, please reach out to hello@shopweworewhat.com to find out if we are restocking.

WHAT IS SHOP PAY?

Shop Pay is a wallet that helps you check out faster by automatically filling in your saved email, payment and shipping details. The following info is saved and securely encrypted for your future purchases:

  • shipping address
  • billing address
  • credit card details
  • mobile phone number

You can save up to five shipping addresses and up to five credit cards with Shop Pay. Your mobile phone number is used for SMS verification of your account. Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay installments.

IS SHOP PAY AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS?

As of right now, Shop Pay is only available for customers in the U.S.

HOW DO I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

Shop Pay gives you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to pay for your order over time. After you make your first payment at checkout, you'll be charged either biweekly or monthly, depending on the installment payment option you chose. You'll be reminded by email and SMS text (if applicable) before each payment is charged to your card. You can also turn on push notifications in the Shop app to be reminded. However, you can't customize your payment schedule.

IS THERE A FEE WHEN I PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?

For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest. You can pay your balance off early without penalty. There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay installments in the future.

WILL THIS AFFECT MY CREDIT SCORE?

Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
