Made of cotton poplin, this ruffle-trimmed button-up top is designed with oversized puff sleeves with encased elastic at the ends and a scoop neckline that draws in with ties.

Right when I saw this top I knew I needed it for spring/summer. Fit is great and the length is perfect. I'm a typical small but I probably could've done an xs for sizing reference. Cant wait to style this all season long!
