Puff Sleeve Crinkle Chiffon Cowl Dress
Our Cowl Dress is a mini, done in silky charmeuse with puffed chiffon sleeves featuring buttoned cuffs. The bodice is lightly shirred while the skirt is cut in a swishy silhouette. A zip details the back, along with slim ties that knot behind the neck.
