Flirty Crinkle Chiffon Ruffle Dress
Our Flirty Mini Dress has a gathered bodice framed by straps and a tiered A-line skirt, both trimmed in ruffles. It turns to reveal a low, scooped open back accented with sash ties that knot into a pretty bow.
