When dressing for a construction site, one must consider the following: Something to stand out, like a reflector or let’s say… ridiculously glossy black pants. Oversized knits would be useful to keep warm when working outside and to hide any cuts or bruises from falling in the mud. A hard hat, or in my case a beanie – for “protective” gear. And last but not least, a great pair of shoes for when operating heavy machinery. [Sarcasm at its best and my new friend Jerry] PS- I revamped my ombre a bit at Arrojo Studio the other day (if you go ask for Mary)!
PS: you can still buy pieces from my vintage collection here (I suggest the White Mesh Shorts, Ivory Shearling Jacket, and denim cut-offs).
ATTN: New Yorkers, the Vintage Twin pop up shop is in its LAST DAY – definitely stop by if you haven’t been yet! Info here
