At Home Wellness Ideas

While we are all staying home, it can be easy to loose motivation and become lazy in our wellness routines. With this extra time that we have on our hands, we are taking a breathe and focusing on ourselves. It is very important that we keep our health and wellness at the top of our priorities, both mentally and physically. Our mental health and mood is equally important in maintaining our bodies immunity. We have put together a list of some of our favorite at home remedies that we have been utilizing in order to keep our spirits high, and our bodies moving!

- At home workouts – Whether you are looking for a quick workout, a stretch, or a treadmill series, Melissa Wood Health is what we are doing to get our daily movement in! If you are able to step outside where you live, we have also been trying to go for walks and get some fresh air when we can.
