So perfect for the short girls!
I'm 4'11", 105-108 pounds, I have a small waist with big hips, and honestly can never find pants, shorts, or bottoms that fit me properly. These shorts are now my new best friend because they fit my body and waist perfectly and I personally like that they are a little longer so they aren't riding up my thighs. I bought a size 24 and 25 and 24 fits me perfectly.
