Yet to go, but ever since I discovered the Coqui Coqui hotel in Tulum (through my friends on Instagram) I’ve been beyond inspired for #homeworewhat. Figuring out what this piece hanging on most their walls seemed like the toughest search until it hit me, that’s a damn hammock! It’s so simple yet so amazing! So I did what I always do for unusual yet awesome decor and took to Etsy to find the best hammocks to recreate this look. Shop below and check out my Insta/Snapchat to see how it’s done:
Before #homeworewhat, I never really looked twice at a chair. Now, pshhhhh. I can’t go more than 2 feet, walk into a single coffee shop or hotel lobby – without looking at the chairs. Accent chairs are an essential component of any room plan. They’re the perfect combination of style and functionality, and it’s important to pick a piece that will stand out while speaking to your aesthetic. Choose a chair with flair and shop my picks for #chairgoals below:
Marble is the comeback kid this year in interior design The smooth blend of whites, greys and blacks looks absolutely gorgeous, and it adds an expensive look to your room without breaking the bank. We love the tasteful touch of marble accessory items, or choose marble for your table and countertops for a luxurious look you can melt right into.

Faux Taxidermy is a surprisingly chic way to accessorize your home. No animals are harmed – they’re awesome sculptures made from materials like resin, metal and cardboard. It’s a really modern way to decorate your walls, I used to have mine above my bed and moved it down to the living room in my new apartment. My skull head is from White Faux Taxidermy (an affordable Etsy shop). Shop similar below:
