There’s nothing more motivational than watching the VS Angels in literally anything they do – from catwalks to commercials – those bodies are #goals. I’ve been on my workout grind for quite some time now and am excited to be working with VS to showcase their awesome activewear that is super flattering (I especially love their sports bras). Being a good thrift hunter involves anything but luck. One of my hobbies happens to involve scoureing the web for unique finds and vintage pieces like so. Noir Ohio is one of my favorites because it’s so well curated. Shop my look of anything-but-denim overalls below:
Since the new year is about new beginnings, we’ve decided to devote January to eating clean by focusing our diets on foods that are not only inherently waistline friendly, but that also help our skin look fresh and radiant. Factors like stress and eating unhealthy foods can lead to breakouts and even premature aging – AKA the last thing we want! This month we will provide weekly health tips for easy ways to eat clean and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We’re confident that the foods and beverages we eat and drink will give us that natural glow that we normally rely on beauty products for.
Hydrate. Make sure you’re drinking at least 64 oz of water (2 big water bottles) preferably with fresh squeezed lemon.
Get your greens! Aim for at least 3 servings of greens each day. Whether it’s the spinach in your omelet, the kale in your salad, or that side of Brussel’s sprouts, make room for these guys on your plate. Remember, 1 cup of raw veggies is equivalent to 1 serving.
Do an activity that relaxes you 3 times this week. Whether it’s your favorite yoga class, an evening bubble bath, or mid-work meditation, make some time in your day for yourself.
Danielle’s Tip: I like to start my morning out with hot water and fresh lemon. I find that my skin is clearest when I drink lemon water and it’s a great way to stay hydrated.
Yet to go, but ever since I discovered the Coqui Coqui hotel in Tulum (through my friends on Instagram) I’ve been beyond inspired for #homeworewhat. Figuring out what this piece hanging on most their walls seemed like the toughest search until it hit me, that’s a damn hammock! It’s so simple yet so amazing! So I did what I always do for unusual yet awesome decor and took to Etsy to find the best hammocks to recreate this look. Shop below and check out my Insta/Snapchat to see how it’s done:
